1 day Ngamba Island chimpanzee trekking tour
This 1 day Ngamba Island chimpanzee trekking tour will give you the best opportunity to visit Ngamba Island, one of the most fascinating islands in Lake Victoria for a wonderful experience. Ngamba Island chimpanzee sanctuary was set up to nurse ailing chimpanzees. There are young chimpanzees in the sanctuary which lost their parents and therefore they needed someone to take care of them and that why they were bought to the sanctuary. Some of the chimpanzees suffer from various illnesses; some of them could have been injured as a result of poaching. Once these chimpanzees are brought to Ngamba Island, they are rehabilitated to ensure they heal physically and emotionally and later, they are releasing back to the wild.
This 1 day tour will be taken charge of by an experience tour guide who has been to Ngamba Island on several occasions. Our tour guides have the experience in chimpanzee safaris
